We publish it only after review, showing your name the way you choose (full name, or first name and initial), business name and city. Your phone number and email are never published. • Providing accurate factory-direct quotations and fulfilling your commercial orders.

• Your chat messages are sent to Google's Gemini AI service only to generate the reply. We do not store the conversation on our servers.
• Product search statistics: to learn which products are in demand, we keep the search filters Shakya AI used (for example category, space size, budget range, number of children, theme) and how many products matched. These records contain no name, contact details, chat text or device identifier, and are deleted after 12 months.
• Call-back requests: if you ask our team to call you and tick the consent box, we store your name, phone number, city, your requirement and the products recommended, together with the time of your consent. We use these details only to contact you about that enquiry.
• Quick enquiry popup: if you send the short enquiry form in the pop-up window, we store your name, phone number, requirement and the page you sent it from, on the same terms as call-back requests below.
• New product emails: if you sign up and confirm through the link we email you, we store your email address, the time of your consent and the page you signed up on, and use it only to tell you about new products. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all further emails.
• Retention: call-back details are deleted after 12 months, or earlier if you ask us.
• Abuse protection: to limit misuse we record an anonymous, daily-changing code derived from your connection (not your IP address itself), kept for 2 days.
• Bot protection: the call-back and contact forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. Cloudflare looks at technical signals from your browser and connection for this check only; we receive just a pass or fail result.

The security of your data is critical to us. We implement strict Row Level Security (RLS) on our databases to prevent unauthorized public access. All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS/SSL.
