By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who request quotations or purchase commercial products from Shakya Amusement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

• Validity: All factory-direct quotations provided via our contact forms or email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Specifications: For custom inflatable designs, the buyer is responsible for verifying all dimensions, colors, and design proofs before manufacturing begins.
• Deposits: Custom manufacturing requires a non-refundable deposit to secure factory scheduling and raw materials.

Because our products are commercial-grade and often manufactured to order, all provided lead times are estimates.

• We are not liable for delays caused by raw material shortages, customs processing, or third-party freight carriers.
• Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier. Buyers are highly encouraged to inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt.
• Freight charges are quoted per order. Delivery within India usually takes 3 to 10 days after dispatch.
• Returns: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. A defective unit is repaired or replaced with the same model (no cash refund). Return freight is paid by the buyer.

Shakya stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (such as seam failures or material flaws) under normal commercial use.

This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by improper installation, extreme weather, misuse, overloading, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs.

The operation of commercial amusement equipment and inflatables carries inherent risks. The buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the safe operation, maintenance, and supervision of the products.

In no event shall Shakya Amusement, its directors, or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or bodily injury) arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

All content on this website, including product designs, logos, text, graphics, and 3D renders, is the exclusive property of Shakya Amusement and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or website content without express written permission from our factory management.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary manufacturing facility is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
